Real Talk with the 100 was incorporated to help support minority male youth’s social and emotional development through group processing. This group-mentoring program provides an environment where various issues affecting our minority youth can be addressed and discussed. Mentees are able to express themselves and voice their opinions while 100 Black Men of Omaha members and mentors, who stem from various professions, are able to help guide mentees through safe, healthy, and productive discussions.
