The Striving for Success: Black Male Summit is a day-long event that inspires African-American males as they pursue their education. These young males meet successful African-American professionals and attend motivational workshops. Attendees receive presentations from local experts in the following areas: Education, Business, Health, Faith, Money & Finance and the Justice System. The Summit is co-hosted by 100 Black Men of Omaha,  Empowerment Network, and Urban League of Nebraska. The summit is primarily for 9th grade African-American males.
